Happy New Year

Discovered this site when in the area, we’d been looking at buying a caravan and this place has so much to see. Sales team were very helpful but not pushy, dozens and dozens of caravans to view, really helped us narrow down our choice. We found one we liked but a possible change in job means we couldn’t commit, hopeful we’ll be back very soon

Fantastic service when buying a replacement caravan, the TCS did not work when we picked it up, we were told it was a car electrics problem, took it to an auto electrician who said there was no fault with the car, the auto electrician rang Glossop caravans technician who told him the caravans are wired slightly differently to what he thought, he rewired the tow bar electrics, all sorted, thank you Glossop caravans for the valuable technical advice

Came in to refill a gas bottle, broke down on the forecourt.

A couple of their mechanics were incredibly helpful in diagnosing the problem and getting me back on the road 10/10

The layout was very easy and customer friendly to navigate, all prices were clearly presented and no confusion as to which product they were for. The staff at the event were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Answering any questions we asked and gave alternative options for things we were unclear of. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Firstly, amazed at the size of the place, fantastic staff, I visited the shop for a spare part which they didn’t have in stock, bit they advised me to visit their workshop down the road, a lovely lady found what I needed and I can’t complain about the price, I’ll be going there again.

Just bought a beautiful caravan from Glossop caravans. Lee was so helpful and very knowledgeable he could not do enough to help lee is an absolute credit to Glossop caravans. I could highly recommend Glossop caravans.

We were looking to part exchange our caravan for a newer model by a different manufacturer. This was our first time at Glossop caravans, and we were amazed at their stock. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were given an information pack, a 10% discount card, and we are to get a tutorial as we are getting self levelling for the first time. Even the dog got a treat and a bowl of water. The whole experience was slick and professional and enjoyable.
